How long until my piece arrives?
Each piece is prepared with care before it reaches you, usually around 14 to 21 days from confirmation. About a week at the lab for its certificate, then roughly a week with the jeweller for resizing, polishing, and finishing. Once the jeweller is done, your piece is sent to Luxury Promise's HQ, who handle the final delivery. From that point, Luxury Promise will provide your tracking and delivery updates directly.
Where does my piece go after it leaves Japan?
Once it has passed its final checks with us in Japan, it is forwarded to Luxury Promise, our delivery partner. From the moment it leaves our Japan HQ, Luxury Promise is responsible for the delivery and all tracking information, which they will send to you directly.
Are the certificate and resizing included?
The certificate is complimentary, and resizing up to two sizes is included. Beyond two sizes up, a fee of £35 per size applies, invoiced separately. Just share your size before the piece reaches the jeweller and we will take care of the rest.
Can I see where my piece is right now?
Anytime. Enter your order number and email at the top of this page and you will see exactly which stage your piece is at, updated as it moves.
What if I need a different size, or something is not quite right?
Let me know your size before it reaches the jeweller and resizing is handled (up to two sizes, complimentary). For anything after delivery, returns and refunds are covered under Luxury Promise's refund and returns policy, and I am always here to help you through it.
