Purchase Options
- Ready-to-Ship: available for immediate fulfillment.
- Made-to-Order: crafted upon purchase, typically within 5–6 weeks, plus shipping time.
Each product listing specifies whether it is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
Prices are listed in USD, with applicable duties and taxes disclosed prior to checkout.
Payments
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Refunds are processed via wire transfer once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to sale items unless specified.
Cancellations
Once payment is confirmed, orders enter immediate processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Made-to-order and customized pieces are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstance.
Orders placed without completed payment within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.
DIA reserves the right to decline transactions in cases of suspected fraud or inventory error.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are granted only when:
- A verified manufacturing defect is confirmed upon arrival, or
- A piece cannot be fulfilled due to an inventory discrepancy.
Refunds are issued within 10–14 business days after approval.
A DIA purchase is not an impulse — it’s an acquisition.
