SHIPPING & RETURNS
On Shipping
DIA ships worldwide from Japan via DHL Express, ensuring fast, secure, and fully trackable delivery.
Shipping is complimentary for DIA Club Members; all other orders ship at a flat rate of USD 48.
Delivery Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Pieces: allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
- Pieces requiring resizing or custom additions: allow 1–2 weeks (plus shipping).
- Made-to-Order Pieces: allow 5–6 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
Deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days once dispatched, pending customs clearance.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Once DHL confirms delivery to the provided address, ownership transfers to the client.
DIA cannot assume responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after delivery confirmation — but every order is packaged with utmost care to ensure safe transit.
On Returns + Refunds
Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our Tokyo facility.
All sales are final, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect upon arrival.
Refunds are processed only after confirming that the item’s condition matches our pre-shipment records.
Subtle variations in gemstone hue, brilliance, or metal finish are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
Approved refunds are issued within 10–14 business days after inspection.
Unauthorized or altered returns are declined and reshipped to the sender.
Return Shipping Deductions:
€30 (EU) · $30 (USA) · €30 (Other regions).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
