Every DIA piece passes through several deliberate stages before dispatch — a process designed to ensure authenticity, condition, and precision.

• General Processing — Orders are reviewed and verified within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  
• Certification — Each piece is then sent to our local gemological lab for authentication and certification. This process typically takes 1–2 weeks.
  
• Jeweler’s Bench (if required) — Pieces needing resizing, engraving, or custom additions move to our jeweler for adjustment, requiring an additional 1–2 weeks, plus shipping.
  
• Final QC — Once certified (and modified if applicable), every piece undergoes final inspection and documentation — a one-day process ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation.
  
• Dispatch — After QC approval, your order is prepared for shipment, and tracking details are provided via email.
  

*Ready-to-Ship / On-Hand Pieces: Already certified and in stock — processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

*Overseas Live Show Pieces: Orders claimed during international live shows may require additional processing and logistics time due to overseas transit and lab scheduling.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak or holiday seasons, certification and fulfillment times may extend slightly.
