Every detail of our process — from craftsmanship to delivery — is handled with the same precision as our jewelry itself.
Our Jewelry
DIA primarily curates estate and secondhand fine jewelry, each piece carefully sourced and authenticated.
Minor signs of previous wear are natural and expected in vintage craftsmanship.
Any notable marks or variations will always be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Every piece passes through strict quality control to ensure it meets DIA’s standard of excellence in condition, construction, and provenance.
Processing Times
For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
If your piece requires resizing or custom additions, allow 1–2 weeks (plus shipping time).
For made-to-order pieces, please allow 5–6 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that during peak or holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Shipping
DIA ships worldwide from Japan via DHL Express, ensuring fast and secure delivery.
Shipping is complimentary for DIA Club Members; all other orders ship at a flat rate of USD 48.
Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days, subject to customs clearance.

United States — All duties and import charges are included in listed prices.

United Kingdom — Local VAT and import duties may apply. Refusal of delivery will result in deduction of both outbound and return shipping costs from the refund.

Rest of World — Most shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning DIA covers import duties and taxes where regulations allow. In regions where prepayment is not permitted, please confirm local import fees before ordering.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer. DIA is not liable for any delays, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
We ensure your package is securely prepared, properly documented, and safely handed over to the carrier. All orders include tracking, and tracking history serves as proof of shipment and fulfillment on our end.
Tracking details are provided by email upon dispatch and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Payments
DIA accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Refunds are processed via wire transfer once a returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Discount codes may be entered at checkout but cannot be combined or applied to sale items unless specifically stated.
Returns & Exchanges
Every DIA piece is meticulously inspected and photographed in high resolution before leaving our Tokyo facility. Once an item is collected by DHL, handling responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact team@wearedia.com immediately so our logistics team can initiate a claim with DHL.
Refunds are authorized only after verifying that the item’s condition matches our pre-shipment records.
If a piece leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and arrives damaged in transit, DIA is not liable for the loss; clients may pursue compensation directly with DHL using our supporting documentation.
All sales are final, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon arrival.
Returned items are cross-checked against their original QC records; DIA reserves the right to decline or adjust refunds if the condition differs.
Subtle variations in gemstone hue, brilliance, or metal finish are natural and not considered defects. Customs procedures may extend transit times; DIA cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Authorized refunds are issued within 10–14 business days of receipt and inspection. Unauthorized or altered returns are refused and reshipped to the sender.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking
Every order includes a DHL tracking number, which activates within 24 hours of dispatch.
If tracking remains inactive beyond that period, please contact pedro@wearedia.com for support.
UK Orders
Clients in the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable VAT and customs duties.
DIA is not liable for these fees.
Refused shipments will have all associated delivery and return expenses deducted from the refund.
Delivery time to the UK typically averages 3–6 business days via DHL Express.

DIA operates under The Diamond Collective LLC, a U.S.-registered company with partial fulfillment from Tokyo, Japan.
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.
